At Swag Supply, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and products. We understand that there may be occasions where an order needs to be canceled, and we want to ensure that our cancellation policy is fair and reasonable.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing the order, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If the cancellation request is received after the deposit has been paid, but prior to production, the deposit shall be forfeited
- If the production process for an order has begun, been completed, or the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and any fees not yet paid to Swag Supply shall be due immediately.
- In case of any disputes regarding the cancellation, the final decision will be made by our management team.
We hope that our customers understand that our cancellation policy is in place to protect our business from the costs associated with the cancellation of an order, such as material costs and labor costs. However, we will always work with our customers to find the best possible solution in the event of a cancellation. Please understand, ONCE PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN, CANCELLATIONS ARE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE.
