Where do you ship from?

  • Foreign Factories – From time to time, we will assign your project to a factory who may ship product directly to you from their facility.  This will be revealed to you soon after the project has been accepted.  More often than not, your product will arrive at our facility in Denver, CO to be reviewed, quality control checked, and reshipped. 
  • Denver, CO – Domestically printed products will be released and shipped from Denver, CO. Many times foreign printed items will be received in Denver for QC and then reshipped ensuring quality products are delivered to you. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping prices are determined by multiple factors.  There may be times that your project will be quoted as a delivered price.  On some occasions additional freight or duties may apply.  Your sales rep or customer service manager will contact you and reveal any charges you will incur throughout the delivery of your shipment prior to executing your project. 

 

How do I track my package?

  • All shipments made from Denver, CO. will have available tracking that will be emailed to you once available.
  • Foreign shipments may require contact with our customer service department, however you will be notified of ESTIMATED dates of delivery. Our staff will maintain contact with your order throughout the process. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

  • All custom printed projects will require payment one of two ways.
    • Payment in full at the time of purchase
      • These orders may have low total dollar volume or if our customer prefers to pay the full amount up front
    • Deposits required
      • At the time of your approved order, your sales rep will prepare a minimum due of 50% of your total invoice.  The remaining 50% must be paid in full prior to shipment of your product from either foreign or domestic ship points. 
      • For orders under $2000 a full 100% deposit must be made before production begins

 

What if my order gets damaged in shipment?

  • Swag Supply stands behind ALL products delivered.  Any products destroyed in shipment will be refunded or replaced.

Where is my order?

  • Your order once initiated will be in a varying state of production.  We will do our best to communicate these variances with you, but you are always free to contact us via Email or At our 800# for the status of your order and estimated delivery time.
