Sample Policy
Virtual Proofs
We offer a FREE virtual proof service for finished artwork. We will apply your logo or completed artwork to a product image and provide up to 2 virtual samples maximum in JPEG format within 1-3 business days. If you require more than 2 virtual samples, we can provide product proofs for a fee.
Product Proof Service
Product proofs are available upon request and are processed anywhere from days to months. Fees apply to all product proofs. For most all required product proofs, set up fees, minimum run fees, and quantity fees may apply. Any such fees may be deducted from your order upon completion and approval of the product samples provided.
Please note that virtual proofs are provided as-is and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors or sizing. The final product may differ slightly from the virtual proof.
